Wiring in the panel was upgraded to code in 2018; any wiring not being used was removed, the whole system is clean. 100 amp Balmar dual pulley alternator and voltage regulator installed in 2018.

15 gallon water heater with engine heating element, rated to drop only 1/2 degree per hour, installed in 2015.
Both Fresh water and Washdown systems have expansion tanks.

This boat cruises at 7-8 knots at the 1300 RPM sweet spot, while sipping 2-2.5 gallons of fuel per hour (that includes the generator consumption as well).

She carries 400 gallons of fuel and 200 gallons of fresh water.

CQR 35lb anchor, set and relax.

The Galley is very spacious. Dual sink, Nova Cool 12-volt refrigerator/freezer, older 4 burner Magic Chef cook top/oven (my next replacement project, a Dickinson Marine Mediterranean would fit perfectly).

10′ Livingston Dingy (No motor. Sturdy, easy to row and rated to 10hp). Easy hook-up and lift to swim step with a
12-volt winch.
