27’ C&C Sailboat MKlll 1975 (sloop rigged, solid Fibreglass hull).

Currently moored in Ladysmith BC ( Mid Vancouver Island)  at Oyster Bay Marina- Moorage paid until end June. New owner can apply for moorage and stay in slip. ( great marina -good  location for access to great sailing -Gulf Islands & access by car Mid Van Isle).

The engine was replaced in 2022 with Yamaha long-shaft 9.9 with Electric Start and extended throttle control  handle for easy use with tiller.

Very comfortable inside for 2-3 people. Functional galley set-up.

A brand new cooler type  fridge was put in June 2021.

Comfortably heated with a Dickinson wall mounted propane heater.

Sails are in reasonable repair and appropriate for cruising. Whisper comes with all paraphernalia for cruising PNW coast. Rigging and mast meticulously maintained by previous owner, Up Yours Rigging and Yacht Services. BottomJob done 2019
