My goal is to have the boat sold and moved from my slip ASAP

This boat is clean and in sailing ready condition with a very new and crisp mail sail!
8HP, 4 stroke gas Mercury outboard engine serviced in 2023 and runs great!
Perfect size for taking out for a weekend adventure!

What’s great:
Superb running engine ($2000 value)
New main sail ($1000 value)
Clean and dry interior
Hull cleaned Nov 2023
Standing rigging and chain plates solid
All lights working and clean and simple electrical for them
Working toilet with 15 gallon holding tank

Maintenance list:
Haul out for bottom paint and through hulls. No leaks, but I would paint and replace through hulls after one more season of sailing if I were keeping her.
Replace potable water hand pump. (20 gallon freshwater tank that could be utilized with a working hand pump at the sink.
Dinghy needs a patch for a small hole in one chamber.
Starboard window weeps rainwater on settee. Hasn’t been much of a problem but would be nice to fix.
Battery replacement. Works for lights and engine starting, but doesn’t hold the charge for very long.
